抑郁症研究进展
A Review of Researches on Depression

摘要: 在城市化进程越来越快的今天,抑郁症越来越成为人们最为关注的心理疾病之一。本文列出了抑郁症的诊断标准,回顾了过度自我关注、自责倾向、过度概括化三个抑郁症认知特点的研究,从快感缺失的脑机制、高复发性的脑机制、抑郁症与前额关系三个方面探讨了抑郁症的神经机制,并根据2019年以来的元分析结果总结了抑郁症药物治疗、心理治疗及物理治疗的研究进展。未来的研究应着重完善抑郁症预防、复发预防和疗效评估系统。
Abstract: Nowadays, with the urbanization process becoming faster and faster, depression has become one of the psychological diseases that people pay more and more attention to. This article listed the diagnostic criteria of depression; reviewed the researches about three depression cognitive cha-racteristics: self-focused attention, self-punitiveness and overgeneralization; discussed the neural mechanisms of depression in terms of the lack of pleasure, high recurrent and the relationship between depression and prefrontal cortex, and summarized the research progress of medication, psychological therapy and physical therapy according to the results of meta-analysis since 2019. Future research should focus on improving depression prevention, relapse prevention and efficacy evaluation systems.
