摘要: 原发性输卵管癌是临床上少见且表现不典型的妇科恶性肿瘤，术前诊断率低，发现时已为中晚期，预后较差。现就我院既往收治的原发性输卵管癌卵巢转移合并子宫肌瘤漏诊1例进行回顾性分析，探讨其诊断、治疗及预后。
Abstract: Primary fallopian tube cancer is a clinically rare and atypical gynecological malignant tumor. The preoperative diagnosis rate is low. It is found in the middle and the late stage and has a poor prognosis. A case of ovarian metastasis of primary fallopian tube cancer with missed uterine fi-broids admitted to our hospital was retrospectively analyzed to explore its diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
