苍耳子散加味洗剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Xanthium Powder plus Flavor Lotion in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

摘要: 目的：分析苍耳子散加味洗剂治疗过敏鼻炎的临床治疗效果。方法：将2018年7月至2018年10月就诊的40例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分成两组，对照组(n = 20)患者采用生理盐水治疗，治疗组(n = 20)患者采用苍耳子散加味洗剂治疗。治疗6周后，观察两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后的临床症状和体征总积分。结果：治疗后总有效率为75%；对照组总有效率为45%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P = 0.035, P < 0.05)；两组患者治疗前后喷嚏，鼻涕，鼻塞，鼻痒的临床症状总积分进行比较，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：苍耳子散洗剂治疗过敏性鼻炎有明显的治疗效果，能缓解和减轻鼻涕，喷嚏，鼻塞，鼻痒等的临床症状。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of xanerzi powder and lotion on allergic rhinitis. Methods 40 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited the hospital from July 2018 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n = 20) was treated with normal saline, and the treatment group (n = 20) was treated with xanthium powder lotion. After 6 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the total score of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed. Results after Treatment: The apparent efficiency of the treatment group was 40% and the effective rate was 30%. The significant efficiency of the control group was 0, and the effective rate was 60%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P = 0.009, P < 0.05). The total score of clinical symptoms of snot, sneeze, nasal congestion and nasal itching before and after treatment was compared between the two groups, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Xanerzi powder and lotion has obvious therapeutic effects in treating allergic rhinitis.
