自制眼科裂隙灯显微镜挡板在新型冠状病毒感染防控中的应用

摘要: 在眼科医务人员对患者的近距离诊疗过程中,存在着新型冠状病毒交叉感染的风险。本文简述新型冠状病毒感染的特点和传播途径,对于临床工作中裂隙灯显微镜检查距离过近、原有挡板不能有效阻隔病毒飞沫传播的问题,自制改良了简易的裂隙灯显微镜挡板,可以有效防控病毒传播,减少医务人员感染的几率。
Abstract: There is a novel coronavirus cross infection risk in the close diagnosis and treatment of ophthal-mologists. The novel coronavirus infection features and ways of transmission are briefly described in this paper. It is helpful for the problem that the slit lamp microscope is too close to the clinical work and the original baffle cannot effectively block the spread of virus droplets. It is beneficial to improve the simple slit lamp microscope baffle by self-made X-ray film. It can effectively prevent and control the spread of virus and reduce the chance of infection among medical personnel.
