畲药“十二时辰”水煎液对皮肤的刺激性实验研究

Experimental Study on Skin Irritation of Clematis florida Var. Plena Decoction

摘要: 目的：考察畲药“十二时辰”水煎液对大鼠足溃疡的影响，初步评价其对皮肤刺激性。方法：以10%水合氯醛0.3 mL/100 g腹腔注射麻醉大鼠，用直径5 mm的活检打孔器，取大鼠足背部皮肤至筋膜层，制备大鼠足溃疡模型；以不同剂量“十二时辰”水煎剂外涂，左右两足完整皮肤与破损皮肤自体对照，观察“十二时辰”对皮肤的刺激性，按皮肤刺激反应评分标准进行评分。结果：在实验条件下，“十二时辰”水煎液对大鼠足完整皮肤无刺激性，但中高剂量水煎液对大鼠足溃疡皮肤有中轻度刺激性。结论：“十二时辰”临床外用时，需控制药液浓度。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of She nationality Medicine, Clematis florida var. plena decoction on foot ulcer in rats and evaluate its irritation to skin. Methods: After 10% chloral hydrate 0.3 mL/100 g intraperitoneal injection, Rats foot ulcer models were prepared with a biopsy perforator in 5 mm diameter. Clematis florida var. plena decoction at different dosage was for external use, the left and right intact skin and damaged skin self-control, to observe the skin irritation of Clematis florida var. plena decoction. The final score was decided based on the scoring criteria. Results: Under experimental conditions, Clematis florida var. plena decoction was not irritating to the intact skin of rats, but the medium and high dose of decoction was mildly irritating to the ulcer skin of rats. Conclusion: Clematis florida var. plena clinical use needs to control the concentration of liquid.
