羊肚菌遗传多样性与栽培的研究进展

摘要: 羊肚菌是一种营养价值高,野生资源丰富,经济价值极高的食药用菌。羊肚菌的子实体受环境因素影响导致其形态特征多变,物种鉴定困难。本文从遗传多样性和栽培两方面对羊肚菌的研究现状进行综述,分析几种常用于羊肚菌遗传多样性研究的分子生物学方法,也对近年来国内外人工栽培羊肚菌的情况加以总结,以期为羊肚菌的准确鉴定和大田规模化人工栽培提供理论依据。
Abstract: Morchella is a genus of edible and medicinal mushroom with high nutritional value, abundant wild resources and high economic value. The fruit bodies of Morchella are affected by environmental factors, which causes their morphological characteristics are variable and the species to be confused with each other. In this article, research progress related to genetic diversity and cultivation of Morchella have been reviewed several molecular markers applied in genetic diversity of Morchella and the current state of artificial cultivation in China were also discussed, a reference for the correct classification of Morchella and its commercial-scale cultivation.
