高剂量利培酮致鼻塞一例报告

摘要: 利培酮作为抗精神病药在临床上投入使用已有数年，所引起的锥体外系副反应常见，但鼻塞副反应罕见。本文介绍了1例使用高剂量利培酮(6 mg/d)致患者鼻塞病例，叙述了其发病后的临床表现、影像学检查及治疗方法，结合相关文献探讨其特点，指出对于此类患者的诊断及治疗思路，缩短住院时间。
Abstract: Risperidone has been used in clinical practice as an antipsychotic for several years, causing common extrapyramidal side effects, but rarely nasal obstruction side effects. This paper introduces a case of nasal obstruction caused by megadose risperidone (6 mg/d), describes its clinical manifestations, imaging examination and treatment methods, and discusses its characteristics in combination with relevant literature, pointing out the diagnosis and treatment ideas for such patients and shortening the length of hospitalization.
