免费医学生的专业认同与专业满意度研究—以贵州医科大学为例
A Study of Professional Identity and Professional Satisfaction of Free Medical Students—Take Guizhou Medical University as an Example

摘要: 基于专业认同与专业满意度,采用问卷调查法,对247名贵州医科大学在校免费医学生进行调查,探讨免费医学生的专业认同与专业满意度的现状及关系。结果表明:1) 免费医学生专业认同在认知性维度上存在年级差异;2) 免费医学生专业满意度在实践实习维度上存在年级差异;3) 除学风建设维度,免费医学生专业满意度其余四个维度与专业认同总分及各维度呈正相关。研究结论:1) 免费医学生的专业认同和专业满意度处于中等水平;2) 专业前景和师资力量对专业认同有正向预测作用,学风建设对专业认同有负向预测作用。
Abstract: Based on professional identity and professional satisfaction, 247 Guizhou medical university free medical students in school were investigated by questionnaire method to explore the current situa-tion and relationship between professional identity and professional satisfaction of free medical students. The results show that: 1) There are grade differences in the cognitive dimension of free medical students’ professional identity; 2) There are grade differences in professional satisfaction of free medical students in the dimension of practical practice; 3) Except the dimension of study style construction, the other four dimensions of free medical students’ professional satisfaction are posi-tively related to the total score of professional identity and each dimension. Research conclusions: 1) The professional identity and professional satisfaction of free medical students are at a moderate level; 2) Professional prospect and teachers have positive predictive effect on professional identity, while study style construction has negative predictive effect on professional identity.
