幼儿园园长任职资格培训的课程体系构建与实施探索——以短期班为例

摘要: 园长是幼儿园的领导者,对幼儿园的建设和发展中起决定性作用,其专业素养的高低关乎整个幼儿园的办园质量。原国家教委和后来的教育部都曾颁布文件,对开展幼儿园园长岗位培训工作给出指导意见,但对幼儿园园长培训的课程设置等未做明确要求和具体规定。文章在充分解读文件和实地调研的基础上,以幼儿园园长培训短期班为例,构建培训课程及实施方案,可作为参考,且有利于进一步完善幼儿园园长任职资格的培训工作。
Abstract: The principal is the leader of the kindergarten, who plays a decisive role in the construction and development of the kindergarten; the level of their professional quality is related to the quality of the kindergarten. The former Chinese Educational Committee and later Ministry of Education have issued documents to give guidance on the job training for kindergarten principals, but the curriculum setting for kindergarten principals has not been made clear requirements and spe-cific provisions. On the basis of fully interpreting the documents and field research, this paper takes the short-term kindergarten principal training class as an example to construct the train-ing course and implementation plan, which can be taken as a reference and is conducive to fur-ther improving the kindergarten principal qualification training work.
