“双一流”背景下西部地区国际化法律人才培养模式探索

Exploration of the Training Mode of International Legal Talents in the China’s West Region under the Background of “Double First-Class University Plan”

摘要: 基于地缘关系和国家发展战略，西部地区对涉外法律人才存在特殊的需求。西部地区高校应立足于区域发展的实际状况，致力于培养“双一流”建设以及西部经济发展所需要的应用复合型国际化法律人才。西部地区高校应当以对外贸易实践和国家安全战略等领域对特殊涉外法律人才的需求为出发点，探索在西部地区可共享且有具有体系性的涉外法律人才培养模式。

Abstract: Based on the geographical relationship and national development strategy, the western region has special needs for foreign legal talents. Colleges and universities in the western region should base themselves on the actual situation of regional development, and strive to train the applica-tion-oriented and compound international law talents needed for the “Double First-Class University Plan” and economic development of the western region. Colleges and universities in the western region should take the demand of foreign trade practice and national security strategy and other fields for special foreign legal talents as the starting point to explore a systematic training model of foreign legal talents that can be shared in the western region.
