桂西北农村小学教师主观幸福感调查
A Survey of Subjective Well-Being of Rural Primary School Teachers in Northwest Guangxi

摘要: 目的:了解桂西北农村地区小学教师主观幸福感的现状及其影响因素。方法:采用由个人基本资料、生活满意度量表(SWLS)、情感平衡量表(PANAS)组成的调查问卷对桂西北农村地区随机抽取的194名小学教师进行调查。结果:1) 不同年龄阶段的小学教师在主观幸福感上存在显著差异(P < 0.001)。2) 不同教龄的小学教师在主观幸福感上存在显著差异(P < 0.05)。3) 已婚教师的主观幸福感显著高于未婚教师(P < 0.05)。4) 不同月收入的小学教师主观幸福感差异显著(P < 0.01)。结论:桂西北农村小学教师主观幸福感偏低,年龄、婚姻状况、教龄、月收入可以影响小学教师的主观幸福感。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the current situation of subjective well-being of primary school teachers in rural areas of Northwest Guangxi and its influencing factors. Methods: 194 primary school teachers randomly selected from rural areas of Northwest Guangxi were investigated by using a questionnaire consisting of personal basic data, SWLS, and PANAS. Results: 1) There were significant differences in subjective well-being among primary school teachers of different ages (P < 0.001). 2) There was a significant difference in subjective well-being among primary school teachers of different teaching ages (P < 0.05). 3) The subjective well-being of married teachers was significantly higher than that of unmarried teachers (P < 0.05). 4) The subjective well-being of primary school teachers with different monthly income was significantly different (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The subjective well-being of rural primary school teachers in Northwest Guangxi is low. Age, marital status, teaching age, and monthly income can affect the subjective well-being of primary school teachers.
