职业康复疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘要: 目的：探讨职业康复疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法：应用随机对照方法，将我院2014年6月~2016年6月收治的60例慢性精神分裂症患者分为两组，对照组和研究组。对照组予常规药物治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上予职业康复疗法。治疗前后均进行注意力测验(TOVA)、威斯康辛卡片分类测验(WCST)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评定，对比认知功能的影响。结果：治疗前，两组TOVA值、记忆商及WCST各项指标比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。治疗后，研究组的TOVA值、记忆商、WMS评分与对照组比较，有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：职业康复疗法能有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the rehabilitation effect of vocational rehabilitation on patients with convalescent schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 60 patients with convalescent schizophrenia ad-mitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the control group were given routine drug therapy, while patients in the observation group were given additional vocational rehabilitation training. Test of Variables of Attention (TOVA), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST), Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) were used to assess cognitive function. Results: The scores of TOVA, WCST, WMS in the observation group were significantly improved more than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Vocational rehabilitation training can effectively improve the cognitive function.
