Investigation and Research on the Effect and Current Status of Precision Poverty Alleviation

摘要: 实现全面建成小康社会目标，需要实施精准扶贫战略，确保2020年所有贫困人口脱贫。精准扶贫战略在决战小康社会的关键时刻，具有重要作用。论文从我国实施精准扶贫的重要性入手，以精准扶贫实施效果为主题，通过对农户问卷调查，认为农户对扶贫的认可参与度不高，对扶贫政策内容知晓程度不够，扶贫效果满意度较高，对扶贫可持续存在担忧。由此，论文提出精准扶贫建议，明确政府扶贫政策落实责任，公开扶贫信息，加强政策宣传引导，谨防返贫和数据脱贫，实现全面小康社会目标。

Abstract: Achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way requires the implementation of a targeted poverty alleviation strategy to ensure that all poor people are lifted out of poverty by 2020. The precision poverty alleviation strategy plays an important role at a crucial moment in the decisive battle against a well-off society. The thesis starts from the importance of implementing targeted poverty alleviation in China, and takes the theme of the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation as the theme. Through questionnaire surveys of farmers, it is concluded that farmers’ recognition and participation in poverty alleviation are not high, and they do not know enough about poverty alleviation policies. There are concerns about the sustainability of poverty alleviation. Therefore, the thesis proposes precise poverty alleviation recommendations, clarifies the government’s responsibility for implementing poverty alleviation policies, publicizes poverty alleviation information, strengthens policy promotion and guidance, guards against return to poverty and data poverty alleviation, and achieves the goal of a comprehensive well-off society.
