风力发电机组滑环问题研究
Research on Slip Ring of Wind Turbine
摘要: 本文针对某种直驱风力发电机组滑环在运行过程中损坏的原因进行了深度分析,通过设备日常运行情况及滑环损坏的主要原因制定了详细的预防措施,对提高设备使用寿命起到了很好的借鉴作用,降低了风力发电机组故障发生率,有效减少了风电企业经济损失。
Abstract: This article has carried out an in-depth analysis of the causes of the slip ring damage of a certain type of direct drive wind turbine during operation. Based on the daily operation of the equipment and the main reasons for the slip ring damage, detailed preventive measures have been formulated, which has greatly improved the service life of the equipment. The good reference function reduces the failure rate of wind turbines and effectively reduces the economic losses of wind power enterprises.
