我国便利店的发展现状与对策建议
Development Status and Countermeasures of Convenience Stores in China
摘要:
目前,我国便利店作为一种新兴的商业形态,依然保持着高速发展的势头。改革开放以来,伴随着对国外便利店的开放,许多国际知名便利店公司入驻我国,我国便利店也迎来了一个新的发展阶段,这也为国内便利店带来了许多挑战,同时也暴露了很多问题,国内的便利店发展还很不成熟。在这样的背景下,如何实现国内便利店的稳定发展和可持续发展,有许多发展问题需要研究并从中探讨出有效的对策。本文结合便利店的发展起源和背景,在总结国内便利店发展现状和国外著名便利店先进经验的基础上,通过道斯矩阵法和案例分析法,并借助2018中国便利店发展报告的数据,研究了我国便利店发展中存在关于市场定位、商品选择、店铺选址和区域差异等相关问题,并围绕这些问题提出了提升服务、差异营销、利用互联网助力、缩小区域间差异等对策建议。
Abstract:
At present, convenience stores in China, as a new business form, still maintain the momentum of rapid development. Since the reform and opening up, with the opening of convenience stores abroad, many well-known international convenience store companies have entered our country. Our convenience stores have also ushered in a new stage of development. This has also brought many challenges to domestic convenience stores, but also exposed many problems. The develop-ment of domestic convenience stores is still immature. In this context, how to achieve the stable and sustainable development of domestic convenience stores, there are many development issues need to study and explore effective countermeasures. Based on the development origin and background of convenience stores, this paper summarizes the development status of convenience stores in China and the advanced experience of famous convenience stores abroad. Through case analysis and situation analysis, and with the help of the data of China’s convenience store development report in 2018, this paper studies the related problems in the development of convenience stores in China, such as market positioning, commodity selection, location of stores and regional differences. Around these problems, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as improving service, differentiated marketing, using Internet to help and narrowing regional differences.
