注射用盐酸乌拉地尔致过敏性休克1例

Anaphylactic Shock Caused by Urapidil Hydrochloride for Injection: A Case Report

摘要: 药物过敏反应在临床诊疗过程中较为常见，多发生突然且严重程度剧烈。院前急救工作因条件有限，患者病情变化快，时间紧，急救用药过程中一旦发生过敏性反应，应立即现场抢救，不容迟疑。笔者将院前急救团队成功抢救1例因注射盐酸乌拉地尔致过敏性休克患者的经验与大家分享，对提高院前急救团队在院外抢救过敏性休克患者的成功率至关重要。

Abstract: Drug allergic reactions are common in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and often occur suddenly and severely. Due to the limited conditions of pre-hospital emergency work, the patient’s condition changes quickly and the time is tight. Once the allergic reaction occurs in the process of first-aid medication, the patient should be immediately saved on the spot without delay. The author shared with you the experience of the pre-hospital emergency team in successfully rescuing a patient with anaphylactic shock caused by uratil hydrochloride injection, which is crucial to improving the success rate of the pre-hospital emergency team in rescuing anaphylactic shock patients outside the hospital.
