浅析胃痛从气血论治

A Simple Analysis on the Treatment of Stomachache from Qi and Blood

摘要: 生理上，脾胃为气血生化之源、气机升降之枢纽，气血为脾胃提供活动基础；病理上，脾胃为病会致气血失和，气血为病脾胃也会受到影响。气血失和，使得“不通则痛”或“不荣则痛”，引发胃痛，故本病从气血论治当有明显疗效。本文从气血与脾胃的密切关系出发，从“不通则痛”、“不荣则痛”两个方面阐述胃痛的病因病机，通过文献资料总结胃痛从气血论治的临床经验并分析典型案例进一步论证。临床上，从气血角度分析和治疗胃痛取得了较好的疗效，治疗胃痛须从气血着手，关键是调和气血。

Abstract: Physiologically, spleen-stomach is the source of qi and blood production as well as the pivot of qi movement ascending and descending; qi and blood provided the energy for the spleen-stomach. Pathologically, the spleen-stomach diseases will cause the disharmony of qi and blood; the diseases of qi and blood also can make the effect on the spleen-stomach. Based on the close relationship between qi and blood and spleen-stomach, this paper expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of the stomachache from two aspects of “deficiency causing pain” and “obstruction causing pain”, summarizes the literature review on the clinical experience of the stomach treated from qi and blood, and then analyzes the typical cases for the further demonstration. In the final treatment, analyzing and treating stomachache has a good curative effect from the perspective of qi and blood. The treatment of stomachache starts with qi and blood, the key is to harmonize qi and blood.
