东莞市营商环境存在的问题及对策分析——基于2019年的调查数据

The Analysis of Current Status and Countermeasure on Dongguan Doing-Business Environment —Basing on the Survey in 2019

摘要:

营商环境是城市综合竞争力的重要指标之一。以2019年9月进行的面向200家企业的问卷调研为基础，本文总结了东莞市营商环境的总体状况，分析了营商环境存在的主要问题，并以此为依据提出了优化营商环境的对策建议。

Abstract: Doing-business environment is one of the key indicators for one place’s comprehensive competitiveness. Basing on the questionnaire survey conducted to 200 enterprises during September 2019, this paper summarizes the overall condition of Dongguan’s doing-business environment, analyzes the main problems of current doing-business environment, and puts forward the suggestions to improve doing-business environment.
