新时代浙江小微企业发展态势与创新经营对策研究

Research on the Development Situation of Small and Micro Enterprises in Zhejiang and the Countermeasures of Innovation Management in the New Era

摘要: 新时代如何促进中小微企业持续、健康、快速发展，对增加就业机会，推动科技进步与技术创新，促进地方经济升级转型、提高区域创新水平，维护社会稳定有重要的现实意义。以浙江省为例，介绍了小微企业发展态势，剖析了目前中小微企业科技创新发展的新机遇与存在的新问题，并提出了中小微企业要坚持内涵、绿色、集聚、专精特新优的发展理念，保持发展与创新的同步性。要制定优惠政策，精准扶持小微企业的创立与成长，并不断优化创业创新环境，促进浙江小微企业的可持续发展。

Abstract: How to promote sustained, healthy and rapid development of small and medium enterprises in the new era is of great practical significance for increasing employment opportunities, promoting technological progress and technological innovation, promoting transformation and upgrading of local economy, improving regional innovation level and maintaining social stability. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper introduces the development trend of small and micro businesses, and analyzes the new opportunities and existing problems in the development of small and micro enterprises, and puts forward that small and micro enterprises should adhere to the concept of connotation, green, concentration, specialization and excellence, and maintain the synchronization of development and innovation. We should formulate preferential policies, accu-rately support the creation and growth of small and micro businesses, and constantly optimize the environment of entrepreneurial innovation, and promote the sustainable development of small and micro businesses in Zhejiang.
