4 Months Gestation to 23 Weeks after Cuneiform Hysterectomy—A Case of Threatened Uterine Rupture

摘要: 子宫破裂是临床中发生率较高的一种产科并发症，其主要原因是子宫各类手术后创伤，随着剖宫产率增加，二胎政策的开放后，其发生率不断上升，对产妇和胎儿造成不良后果，相关统计数据显示，产妇和新生儿的病死率分别为5%和61%，目前缺乏精准的诊断标准，主要依靠超声诊断。

Abstract: Uterine rupture is an obstetrical complication with high incidence in clinic. The main reason is the trauma of all kinds of uterus after operation. With the increase of cesarean section rate and the opening of the second child policy, the incidence of the uterus is rising, causing adverse conse-quences to the maternal and fetus. Relevant statistics show that the case fatality rate of maternal and newborn is 5% and 61% respectively. At present, there is a lack of accurate diagnostic criteria, and the diagnosis mainly depends on ultrasound.
