眼动技术在自闭症研究中应用的文献综述

Literature Review on the Application of Eye Movement Technology in Autism Research

摘要: 随着近几年来自闭症儿童越来越多，发病率在全球范围内不断上升，所以对自闭症以及他们这类群体各种障碍的关注度以及研究也就显著增加。大部分对于自闭症患者的研究也集中于言语发展、认知发展以及社会交往三个典型特征的探索。其中言语发展以及社会交往的障碍已经成为阻碍自闭症患者与外界沟通的主要障碍。几十年来，眼动技术一直被用于调查正常人群的某些行为，最近的研究已经将其扩展到自闭症谱系障碍患者。在这篇综述中，我们结合国内外的有关研究讨论了使用眼动研究技术来探讨自闭症患者在凝视模式以及言语习得方面的特点。并对自病症谱系患者的眼动研究进行一个系统性的总结，希望以此为以后的深入研究提供依据。

Abstract: As the number of children with autism has increased in recent years, and the incidence of the dis-order is on the rise worldwide, there has been a significant increase in attention and research on autism and various disorders in groups like them. Much of the research on people with autism has also focused on the exploration of three typical traits: speech development, cognitive development and social interaction. Disorders of speech development and social interaction have become major barriers to communication between autistic patients and the outside world. Eye movement tech-nology has been used for decades to investigate certain behaviors in the general population, and recent research has extended it to people with autism spectrum disorders. In this review, we dis-cuss the use of eye movement techniques to explore the characteristics of gaze patterns and speech acquisition in autistic individuals, in conjunction with relevant studies at home and abroad. In addition, a systematic summary of the eye movement research of patients with autism spectrum disorder is made, which is expected to provide a basis for further research.
