老年性神经源性膀胱留置导尿早期家庭护理的健康教育
Early Care Education Intervention for Indwelling Catheterization of Elderly Patients with Neurogenic Bladder Dysfunction
摘要: 目的:探讨老年性神经源性膀胱留置导尿患者早期家庭护理的健康教育的效果。方法:对本院门诊接收的50例不同原因引起的老年性神经源性膀胱留置导尿患者,采用早期家庭护理的健康教育与常规健康教育干预,对两组护理知识知晓率、依从率以及尿液检查阳性率进行对比分析。结果:研究组分别是92.50%、85.71%、9.5%。对照组分别为67.50%、58.80%、18.50%。两组统计学差异显著(P < 0.05)。结论:对老年性神经源性膀胱留置导尿患者采用早期家庭护理健康教育的干预,不仅可以提高护理知识知晓率以及依从率,同时可以降低留置导尿并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量。
Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of early health education intervention on indwelling catheterization home care of elderly patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction. Methods: Fifty elderly patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction caused by various causes, using early home nursing health education intervention and general care intervention for indwelling catheterization of senile neurogenic bladder induced by out-patients at our hospital, and comparative analysis of the intervention results of the two groups. Results: The awareness rate of nursing knowledge, compliance rate and positive rate of urine examination in this study were 92.50%, 85.71% and 9.5% respectively. The control group was 67.50%, 58.80%, and 18.50% respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The early process of health education intervention for indwelling catheterization home care of senile patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction can improve awareness rate and compliance rate, reduce urinary complications and improve patients live quality.
