国内外养老机构分级护理研究进展

摘要: 当前社会人口老龄化日益严重，机构养老在我国养老体系中占据着重要的一环。机构养老作为我国老年人重要的养老方式，能否科学客观的对老人进行病情评估、给予特殊日常生活照料以及满足心理需求，就显得尤为重要。目前，国内养老机构中存在分级护理制度不完善，分级护理体系不健全等问题。本文通过对国内养老机构分级护理现状的整理，对我国机构分级护理存在的相应问题，以健康管理全面服务为基本要求提出构想，为我国机构养老分级护理研究及进一步发展提供依据。
Abstract: At present, the aging of the social population is becoming more and more serious, and institutional pensions play an important role in China’s pension system. Institutional old-age care is an impor-tant old-age care method for the elderly in China. It is particularly important to scientifically and objectively evaluate the old man’s condition, provide special daily care, and provide psychological needs. At present, there are problems such as imperfect graded nursing system and imperfect graded nursing system in domestic pension institutions. This article puts forward the conception of the grading nursing in China’s old-age institutions and the corresponding problems in the grading nursing in our country, with the comprehensive requirements of health management as the basic requirements, and provides a basis for the research and further development of grading nursing in China’s institutions.
