简论人口大国的养老产业发展

On the Development of Pension Industry in Populous Country

摘要: 目前，我国老龄化趋势快速发展，养老产业必然会迎来发展的黄金时期。本文首先从养老之困入手，阐述了我国作为人口大国养老的严峻形势及成因，以及未富先老与传统养老模式之间的冲突。紧接着，描述了我国养老产业的现状和意义。然后问题聚焦到我国养老产业在发展过程中存在的：供需不平衡，相关政策不够完善，供给较匮乏，缺乏专业人才，拉动经济增长不明显等缺陷方面。最后，面对存在的这些问题提出了养老产业以为理性为主导，明确政府职能，丰富产品供给，完善人才队伍建设，构建全方位产业链等对策建议。

Abstract: At present, with the rapid development of the aging trend in China, the pension industry is bound to usher in a golden period of development. Starting from the dilemma of old-age care, this paper expounds the grim situation and causes of old-age care in China, a large country with a large pop-ulation, as well as the conflict between getting old before getting rich and the traditional old-age care model. Then, it describes the status quo and significance of China’s pension industry. Then the problems focus on the problems existing in the development process of China’s pension industry: the imbalance between supply and demand, the imperfect related policies, the shortage of supply, the lack of professional talents, the lack of obvious economic growth and other defects. Finally, in the face of these problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as taking rationality as the leading role, clarifying government functions, enriching product supply, perfecting talent team construction, and constructing a comprehensive industrial chain.
