以社区为依托的居家养老模式探究——以重庆市铜梁区为例

Research on the Community-Based Mode of Providing for the Aged at Home—Taking Chongqing Tongliang as an Example

摘要: 随着我国老龄化进程的加快，广大老年人的养老问题引起社会各界的广泛关注，已经成为重大的社会问题和民生问题。老年人口激增和社会养老供应不足矛盾突出，面对“僧多粥少”的养老困境，优化、创新养老模式是解决养老问题的关键。夯实居家养老模式的基础地位，发扬传统家庭子女养老的优良传统，对于破解养老难题显得尤为重要。基于传统家庭养老的各种优势，将社会养老服务和家庭养老服务有效结合起来，探索适合我国国情民风的、依托于社区的居家养老模式，是解决我国当前社会性养老供应不足、养老服务短缺等问题的有效途径。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the aging process in our country, the problem of providing for the aged has aroused wide concern from all walks of life, and has become a major social issue and people’s livelihood. The contradiction between the rapid increase of the old-age population and the insufficient supply of social old-age care is prominent. It is very important to tamp the basic position of the pattern of providing for the aged at home and carry forward the fine tradition of providing for the aged by the children of the traditional family. Based on the various advantages of the traditional family support for the aged, we will effectively combine the social and family support services for the aged, and explore a home-based model for the aged which is suitable for the conditions and customs of our country and relies on the community, it is an effective way to solve the problems of social old-age supply shortage and old-age service shortage.
