间质性肺疾病与肿瘤标记物及血清因子的关系研究进展

摘要: 近年来,间质性肺疾病引起了人们越来越多的重视,学者对其的研究也越来越多。众多学者尤其是国外学者研究发现:① 间质性肺疾病患者血清中部分肿瘤标记物,如CEA、CA19-9、SCC等会有一定程度的升高,但需警惕存在继发或者合并肿瘤的情况;② 不同原因所致的间质性肺疾病,血清肿瘤标记物升高的水平不同;③ 肿瘤标记物升高的水平可能与疾病的严重程度、治疗效果及转归有关;④ 除肿瘤标记物外,间质性肺疾病患者血清因子也有一定程度的升高,部分血清因子具有预测结局的作用。
Abstract: In recent years, interstitial lung disease has attracted more and more attention, and more and more scholars have studied it. Many scholars, especially foreign scholars, have found that: ① Some tumor markers in the serum of patients with interstitial lung disease, such as CEA, CA19-9, SCC, etc., will increase to a certain extent, but it is necessary to be alert for the presence of secondary or combined tumors Situation; ② Interstitial lung disease caused by different reasons, the level of elevated serum tumor markers is different; ③ The increased level of tumor markers may be related to the severity of the disease, treatment effect and outcome; ④ In addition to tumor markers, the serum factor of patients with interstitial lung disease also increased to a certain extent, and some serum factors have the effect of predicting the outcome.
