女性戒毒人员童年期创伤、成人依恋与抑郁的关系

摘要: 背景：毒品成瘾者普遍存在着抑郁情绪，这种情绪也是吸毒人员难以戒除毒品，不断复吸的重要原因。因此毒品成瘾患者的抑郁产生机制是该领域研究的重要方向，而毒品成瘾者的抑郁与其个人成长经历以及当前的社会关系有着重要关系。目的：探究女性戒毒人员童年期创伤、成人依恋与抑郁的现状，并探讨三者之间的关系。方法：采用童年期创伤经历问卷、亲密关系经历量表、PHQ9抑郁症状筛查量表对某省女子强制隔离戒毒所的259名戒毒人员进行检测。采取SPSS19.0软件对数据进行统计分析，主要方法有相关分析、回归分析，bootstrap法中介检验，P < 0.05为有统计学意义。结果：女性戒毒人员的童年期创伤中的情感虐待与童年期创伤总分均与成人依恋焦虑呈正相关(r = 0.27, P < 0.001; r = 0.16, P < 0.05)；童年期创伤各维度及总分均与抑郁得分呈正相关(r = 0.13~0.34, P < 0.05)；成人依恋回避与成人依恋焦虑也均与抑郁得分呈正相关(r = 0.14, P < 0.05; r = 0.34, P < 0.001)。成人依恋在童年期创伤对抑郁的影响中起部分中介作用。结论：女性戒毒人员中，童年期创伤可以直接影响抑郁也可以通过成人依恋影响抑郁。
Abstract: Background: Depression is common among drug addicts, which is also an important reason why drug addicts are hard to quit and relapse. Therefore, the mechanism of depression of drug addicts is an important research direction in this field, and the depression of drug addicts has an important relationship with their personal growth experience and current social relations. Objective: To explore childhood trauma, adult attachment and anxiety of female drug addicts, and to explore the relationship between them. Methods: Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory and PHQ9 were performed on 259 female drug addicts in a province compulsory isolation drug treatment center. SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data. The main methods were correlation analysis, regression analysis and bootstrap method intermediate test. P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: The scores of emotional abuse in childhood and total scores of childhood trauma of female drug addicts were positively correlated with adult at-tachment anxiety (r = 0.27, P < 0.001; r = 0.16, P < 0.05); all dimensions and total scores of child-hood trauma were positively correlated with depression scores (r = 0.13 - 0.34, P < 0.05); adult attachment avoidance and adult attachment anxiety were also positively correlated with depres-sion scores (r = 0.14, P < 0.05; r = 0.34, P < 0.001). Adult attachment played a part of mediating role in the influence of childhood trauma on depression. Conclusion: Among female addicts, childhood trauma can directly influence depression and influence it through adult attachment.
