芒硝穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋豆治疗混合痔术后排便困难的疗效观察

Glauber’s Point Acupoint Application Combined with Auricular Point Embedding Bean to Treat Defecation Difficulty after Mixed Hemorrhoids

摘要: 目的：观察芒硝穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋豆治疗痔术后排便困难的疗效。方法：选取60例混合痔术后排便困难的患者，随机分成两组，治疗组、对照组各30例。对照组每日予以常规治疗及配合耳穴埋豆(大肠、小肠、直肠穴)治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用芒硝穴位贴敷神阙穴。观察两组治疗后患者排便情况，按照各项观察指标评分标准予以记分。记录治疗后第2、4、6天时的主要症状体征进行评分。观察项目为主要症状：每次排便持续时间、大便性状、大便顺畅情况。对两组进行全方位比较。结果：芒硝穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋豆治疗痔术后排便困难疗效确切，其对痔术后排便困难主要症状及次要症状、体征的改善，优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：在耳穴埋豆取大肠、小肠、直肠穴的基础上联合芒硝穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗混合痔术后排便困难，该方法简单、方便、有效，而且作用于人体经络，非侵入性的操作，心理和生理上都容易接受，具有实用价值，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect of Glauber’s salt acupoint application combined with auricular embedding of beans on the difficulty of defecation after hemorrhoids. Methods: 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who had difficulty in defecation after operation were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, each with 30 cases. The control group was treated with routine treatment and ear-buried beans (large intestine, small intestine, rectal points). On the basis of this, the treatment group applied Glauber’s salt acupoints to apply Shenque. Observe the defecation situation of the two groups after treatment, and score according to the scoring standard of each observation index. The main symptoms and signs on the 2nd, 4th and 6th days after the treatment were recorded and scored. Observation items are the main symptoms: duration of each bowel movement, stool characteristics, and smooth stool. Make a comprehensive comparison of the two groups. Results: The application of Glauber’s salt acupoint application combined with auricular point embedding beans is effective in treating defecation difficulty after hemorrhoids. It is better than the control group in improving the main symptoms, secondary symptoms and signs of defecation difficulty after hemorrhoids (P < 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of burying beans at ear points and taking large intestine, small intestine, and rectum points, applying Glauber’s point to apply Shenque acupoint to treat postoperative defecation of mixed hemorrhoids. This method is simple, convenient, and effective. The operation, psychology and physiology are easy to accept and have practical value, which is worthy of clinical application.
