以慢性咽炎为首发表现的不典型冠心病一例

A Case of Atypical Coronary Heart Disease with Chronic Pharyngitis as the First Manifestation

摘要: 目的：本文报道以慢性咽炎为首发表现的冠心病的临床特点，提高对以咽喉部症状为主诉的、存在安全隐患的不典型冠心病的认识。方法：收集该患者的临床资料，分析慢性咽炎与关心病的关联。结果：该患者既往无胸痛、胸闷、心悸等心肌缺血症状及病史，以慢性咽炎为首发表现，心电图、心脏彩超提示未见明显异常，冠脉造影CTA提示CAD-RADS1，由我院心内科确诊为不典型的冠心病。结论：对于咽部不适为发作特点的患者，如有乏力、眼睛黑蒙等表现时应警惕冠心病的可能，避免不典型冠心病导致的严重冠脉急性事件的发生。

Abstract: Objective: To report the clinical characteristics of coronary heart disease with chronic pharyngitis as the first manifestation, and to improve the understanding of atypical coronary heart disease with throat symptoms as the main complaint and safety risks. Methods: The clinical data of the patient were collected and the relationship between chronic pharyngitis and heart disease was analyzed. Results: The patient had no symptoms and history of myocardial ischemia such as chest pain, chest tightness and palpitation. Chronic pharyngitis was the first manifestation. ECG and color Doppler ultrasound showed abnormalities, Coronary angiography CTA suggested that CAD-RADS1, which was diagnosed as atypical coronary heart disease by the department of cardiology in our hospital. Conclusion: The patient with pharyngeal discomfort, such as fatigue and dark eyes, should be on guard against the possibility of coronary heart disease and avoid the occurrence of severe acute coronary events caused by atypical coronary heart disease.
