微波消融治疗原发性肝癌的现状

摘要: 原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其中肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma)约占90%,肝癌的发病率与死亡率均高,是全球导致死亡的第二大癌症,而我国有接近全球一半的肝癌病例。随着科技的发展,目前临床上肝癌的治疗方式主要包括外科手术治疗,介入治疗,消融治疗,免疫治疗等,其中微波消融治疗在临床应用日渐增多,因其具有延长患者的生存时间,减少并发症,术后恢复快的优势。本文主要论述微波消融在肝癌中的应用,希望能为临床医治肝癌提供科学合理的建议。
Abstract: Primary carcinoma of liver is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, of which hepatocellular Carcinoma (Hepatocellular Carcinoma) accounts for about 90%, china has nearly half of the world’s liver cancer cases. With the development of science and technology, the current clinical treatment of liver cancer mainly includes surgical treatment, interventional treatment, ablation treatment, immunotherapy and so on, of which Microwave Ablation has the advantages of prolonging survival time, reducing the complications and recovering quickly after operation. This article mainly discusses the application of Microwave Ablation in liver cancer, hoping to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions for clinical treatment of liver cancer.
