针刺异病同治青少年近视及弱视经验

Acupuncture for Treating Different Diseases of Myopia and Amblyopia

摘要: 介绍张仁老师及本人针刺异病同治青少年近视及弱视的经验。所谓异病：近视及弱视是两种不同的眼病，在发病原因及治疗难度上均有差异。所谓同治：运用综合针刺法，包括：体针方、皮肤针方、耳针方、穴位注射方。通过典型病案的分析，总结张老师及本人的治疗经验：假性近视运用皮肤针及耳针方、轴性近视加用体针方、弱视再加用穴位注射方。张仁老师治疗眼病的综合针刺法，因病制宜，可运用于不同的眼病治疗，治疗时同中有异，异中有同，高度体现了中医辨证论治的思想。

Abstract: This article is intended to introduce Professor Zhang Ren’s and my experience in treating juvenile myopia and amblyopia with acupuncture in the method of “Treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle”. “Treating different diseases” means juvenile myopia and amblyopia are two different eye diseases, which have different causes and treatment difficulties. While “same therapeutic principle” refers to the application of combined acupuncture methods including body acupuncture, skin needle, ear needle and acupoint injection. Normally, skin needle and ear needle can be used in treating myopia. Also, body acupuncture would be added for axial myopia and acupoint injection for amblyopia. These relevant experiences were summarized through the anal-ysis of typical medical records. The combined acupuncture treatment by Professor Zhang can be applied to different eye diseases, which highly reflects the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
