机械剪切和激光剪切变压器铁心用硅钢的影响研究
Effect on Magnetic Properties of Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel between Mechanical Shearing and Laser Shearing
摘要: 本文对比研究了机械剪切和激光切割对变压器铁心用取向硅钢组织和性能变化情况,分析两种剪切方式对硅钢片磁性能的影响差异,探讨了激光切割硅钢片技术实现生产过程自动化可行性。研究结果表明,激光剪切磁性能劣化程度较机械剪切略大3%。但退火后,这两种剪切加工方式加工的硅钢片性能趋于一致。激光切割这种剪切方式可以应用于变压器铁心的加工。
Abstract:
In this paper, the changes of microstructure and property of grain-oriented silicon steel by me-chanical shearing and laser shearing are compared, and the differences of the two shear methods on magnetic properties are analyzed. The results show that the magnetic properties of laser shearing GO is slightly greater than that of mechanical shearing. However, after annealing, the properties of the silicon steel sheet processed by these two shearing methods tend to be the same. Laser shearing may be applied to produce the transformer core.
