高校大学生创业政策存在问题及优化

The Problems and Optimization of University Students’ Entrepreneurship Policy

摘要: 随着国家经济的发展，大学生创业政策经历了由探索到推进、到完善、再到“互联网+”阶段的飞跃。通过对不同阶段创业政策的分析与整理，发现我国创业政策存在如政府创业政策执行力欠佳、地方政策配套设施不足、高校创业教育体系不完备等诟病。基于此，提出应该优化创业政策与法律法规、优化地方创业服务、优化高校创业教育体系等对策，构建政府、地方和高校多方联动的创业服务模式。

Abstract: With the development of the national economy, the entrepreneurship policy for college students has experienced a leap from exploration to promotion, to perfection, and then to the stage of “Internet plus”. Through the analysis and collation of entrepreneurship policies in different stages, it is found that there are some problems in China’s entrepreneurship policies, such as poor execution of government entrepreneurship policies, inadequate supporting facilities of local policies, and incomplete entrepreneurship education system in universities. Based on this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as optimizing entrepreneurship policies and laws and regulations, optimizing local entrepreneurship services, and optimizing the entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities, so as to build a multi-interactive entrepreneurship service model among the government, local governments and colleges and universities.
