摘要: 目的：通过总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的护理应急管理经验，以期提高临时组建团队的应急护理能力，为管理者今后应对突发疫情提供参考。方法：自2020年1月28日至2020年3月18日在湖北省黄冈市大别山区域医疗中心应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的护理应急管理过程中，山东援鄂第二医疗队迅速反应，从病区组建、人力资源管理、人员培训、质量控制及人文关怀五方面开展应急管理工作。对临时组建队伍进行人力资源合理分配，改建符合传染病管理的病区，对临时队伍进行相关知识培训，并进行临床护理工作的专科质控，及时干预护理人员及患者的心理状态。充分发挥了护理人员的潜力，提高了队伍的应急护理能力。在突发事件的护理管理中及时进行人力和物力的管理，采取了积极地应对措施实现使护理工作有条不紊地开展，保证新冠肺炎患者护理措施有效落实。结果：实现了263例收治病人中，护理不良事件的零发生、零投诉及医护人员零感染，圆满完成救治任务。结论：加强护理应急管理，迅速反应，从环境、人力、培训、质控、人文五方面入手是迅速有效开展护理应急管理工作的重要措施。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the experience of nursing emergency management in the context of COVID-19 epidemic, so as to improve the emergency nursing ability of the temporary team, and provide reference for managers to deal with the outbreak in the future. Methods: From January 28, 2020 to 2020 in Huanggang, Hubei province on March 18, the Dabie mountains regional medical center answer COVID-19 outbreak of nursing in the process of emergency management, Shandong Aid Hubei Second Medical Team quickly response, formed from the ward, human resource management, personnel training, quality control and humanistic care five aspects to carry out the emergency management. Rational allocation of human resources should be carried out for the temporary team, and the ward conforming to the management of infectious diseases should be rebuilt. Relevant knowledge training should be conducted for the temporary team, and specialized quality control of clinical nursing work should be carried out, so as to timely intervene in the psychological state of nursing staff and patients. It gives full play to the potential of nursing staff and improves the emergency nursing ability of the team. In the nursing management of emergencies, timely management of human and material resources was carried out, and active response measures were taken to carry out the nursing work in an orderly manner, so as to ensure the effective implementation of nursing measures for COVID-19 patients. Results: Among 263 patients, there were zero nursing adverse events, zero complaints and zero infection among medical staff. Conclusion: Strengthening nursing emergency management, rapid response, from the environment, human resources, training, quality control, humanities is an important measure to carry out nursing emergency management quickly and effectively.
