基于竞赛成果孵化的本科生科研能力培养

Cultivation of Scientific Research Ability of Undergraduates Based on the Incubation of Competition Results

摘要: 着力培养本科生的科研能力，已经成为我国在人才培养中的战略性课题。大连工业大学积极进行实践教学体系改革，构建“竞赛，科研，项目孵化”三位一体，和“初级–中级–高级”三个层次，尝试探索大学生创新竞赛成果转化为学术成果并孵化的方法和路径，实现对本科生科研能力的全面培养。

Abstract: Cultivation to cultivate the scientific research ability of undergraduates has become a strategic issue in the talent. Dalian Polytechnic University actively carries out the reform of practical teaching system and constructs the trinity of “competition, scientific research and project incubation” and the three levels of “primary intermediate advanced”. It attempts to explore the methods and paths of transforming the achievements of innovation competition into academic achievements and incubation, so as to realize the overall cultivation of scientific research ability of undergraduates.
