摘要: 本文根据作者所参与投标项目以及在建项目合同履行过程中遇到的问题，总结出了沙特阿美项目投标阶段需要重点关注的投标风险点及初步的投标建议，为后续承包商承揽沙特阿美石油公司工程时有针对性地采取规避风险措施提供了有力的借鉴。
Abstract: According to the experience of Saudi Aramco Project bidding activity participated and the problems encountered during the execution of contracts for ongoing projects, the authors conclude the key bidding risk and risk settlement suggestions when participating in Saudi Aramco Project bidding activities. This provides a powerful reference for the subsequent contractors to take targeted measures to avoid bidding risks when they undertake projects bidding activities of Saudi Aramco.
