摘要: 随着各新兴国家经济的快速发展，境外大型管道工程建设项目不断涌现，但部分国家的安全形势堪忧，如何在境外高风险地区更好的开展项目管理工作给我们提出了挑战，本文以境外某国长输管道工程(以下简称某工程)为例，深入的探索了如何通过做好项目影像资料管理工作，从而降低项目安全风险，为整个项目管理增值、提高企业效益。

Abstract: With the rapid economic development of emerging countries, large-scale overseas pipeline construction projects continue to emerge, but the security situation in some countries is worrying, and it is a challenge for us to carry out project management in overseas high-risk areas. This paper takes one oversea Long Distance Pipeline Project (hereinafter referred to as a project) for example to in-depth explore how to manage project image data, thereby reducing project safety risks, adding value to the entire project management, and improving corporate benefits.
