大学生生命意义感与抑郁:自我控制的中介和调节作用
The Relationship between the Meaning in Life of College Students and Depression: The Mediating and Moderating Effect of Self-Control

摘要: 目的:调查大学生生命意义感与抑郁的关系,以及自我控制在二者间的作用。方法:采用生命意义感量表中文修订版、大学生自我控制量表与流调中心用抑郁量表,对318名大学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果:生命意义感可以显著负向预测抑郁,自我控制在生命意义感与抑郁间起部分中介与调节作用。结论:生命意义感的提升与自我控制的能力提升对预防和干预大学生抑郁具有重要理论和实践价值。
Abstract: Aim: To investigate the relationship between college students’ sense of meaning in life and de-pression, as well as the role of the self-control in the relationship between meaning in life and depression. Methods: Using the revised Chinese version of meaning in life scale, the college students’ self-control scale and the depression scale of the flow control center, 318 college students were surveyed anonymously. Results: Meaning in life can significantly negatively predict depression, and self-control plays a part of mediating and moderating role between meaning in life and depression. Conclusion: The improvement of the sense of meaning in life and the ability of self-control has important theoretical and practical value for the prevention and intervention of depression in college students.
