新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下门诊三级预检分诊的落实及效果评价

Implementation and Effect Evaluation of Three-Level Pre-Examination and Triage in Outpatient Department During Epidemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

摘要: 目前新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球蔓延，其感染途径多样、传播速度快、范围广、人群普遍易感。综合性医院门诊是开展救治的一线场所，且门诊是病毒防控的重点和难点区域。本次疫情期间，根据国家卫生健康委员会的相关诊疗、防控方案，以及医院新冠病毒防控总体要求，我院作为成都市定点收治医院，调整了门诊防控策略、诊疗工作调整、优化就诊流程、预防交叉感染、医务人员的卫生防护及消毒等举措，构筑门诊管控防线，显著提高我院门诊职工应对新冠肺炎疫情的防御能力，取得了一定的经验，保障了医务人员及来院患者的诊疗安全。本文可为疫情防治提供参考。

Abstract: At present, novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) is spreading around the world. Its infection routes are diverse, the speed of transmission is fast, the scope is wide, and the population is generally susceptible. The outpatient department of a general hospital is the first-line for treatment, and the outpatient department is a key and difficult area for virus prevention and control. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, according to the relevant diagnosis and treatment and prevention and control programs of the National Health Commission and the overall requirements of the hospital’s new crown virus prevention and control, our hospital, as a designated admission hospital in Chengdu, adjusted the outpatient prevention and control strategy, the adjustment of diagnosis and treatment, and the optimization of the treatment process, prevent cross-infection, health protection and disinfection of medical staff, construct outpatient control lines. These measures significantly improved the ability of outpatient staff to deal with the epidemic of NCP, gained some experience, guaranteed the diagnosis and treatment safety of the hospital’s medical staff and patients. They can provide some reference for NCP preventions.
