摘要: 椎管内麻醉在下肢及产科手术中应用广泛，其既满足手术要求，又能在术后镇痛发挥一定效果以及减少患者经济上压力，故在临床上应用极广。提高椎管内麻醉定位的准确性始终是临床上关注的重点，因此本文将对目前的定位方法进行综述。

Abstract: Spinal anesthesia is widely used in lower extremity and obstetric surgery, which not only meets the requirements of surgery, but also can play a certain role in postoperative analgesia and reduce the economic pressure on patients. Improving the accuracy of spinal anesthesia localization is always the focus of clinical attention, so this article will review the current localization methods.
