摘要: 本文报道多系统萎缩(MSA)MRI检查的典型影像学表现1例，包括T2WI序列桥脑十字征、壳核萎缩、壳核裂隙征、壳核后部低信号、小脑萎缩及双侧小脑中脚对称性高信号。通过其特征性影像学表现，结合临床表现，做到快速准确的诊断，为临床治疗提供精确的影像学资料及诊断依据。
Abstract: The typical imaging findings of multiple system atrophy (MSA) on MRI were reported, including pontine cross sign, putamen atrophy, putamen cleft sign, cerebellar atrophy and symmetrical hy-perintensity of bilateral cerebellar peduncle. Through its characteristic imaging manifestations, it combined with clinical manifestations, to achieve rapid and accurate diagnosis, provide accurate imaging data and diagnostic basis for clinical treatment.
