浅谈蒙医拔罐穿刺疗法对肩周炎的临床研究

A Brief Discussion on the Clinical Study of Mongolian Medicine Cupping Therapy on Periarthritis of Shoulder

摘要: 目的：观察蒙医拔罐穿刺疗法肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例肩周炎患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，对照组采用针灸治疗，观察组采用蒙医拔罐穿刺疗法治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后肩关节活动功能评分和疼痛评分结果：观察组治疗总有效率86.7%，显著高于对照组总有效率70%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者肩关节疼痛评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论：蒙医拔罐穿刺疗法治疗肩周炎具有较好的效果，值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of cupping therapy for periarthritis of shoulder in Mon-golian medicine. Methods: 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and control group. The control group was treated by acupunc-ture and moxibustion. The observation group used Mongolian medicine cupping puncture therapy. The clinical efficacy and the score of shoulder joint activity and pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups: the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the score of shoulder pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Cupping therapy in Mongolian medicine has a good effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
