After Implantation of False Diopter Intraocular Lens: A Case of IOL Implantation without Viscoelastic Agent

摘要: 目的:植入错误屈光度人工晶体后再行无粘弹剂下人工晶体叠加植入一例病例探讨。方法:一例患者在白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入手术后发现人工晶体度数植入错误,再行无粘弹剂下人工晶体叠加植入手术,总结手术方法,观察手术疗效和并发症。结果:本例患者应用无粘弹剂下人工晶体叠加植入手术后,术后裸眼视力恢复至0.6,矫正视力至0.8;无手术并发症发生。结论:严格执行各项规章和操作规程,加强医护人员的责任心,杜绝白内障手术中人工晶体度数植入错误的发生;无粘弹剂下人工晶体叠加植入手术是安全,有效的补救措施。
Abstract: Aim: A case study of an implantable intraocular lens (IOL) under a non-viscosity projectile after the implantation of the wrong diopter IOL. Methods: A case of cataract phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation surgery found that the degree of intraocular lens implantation error, and then non-stick bomb under intraocular lens implantation surgery, summed up the operation methods, observe the surgical efficacy and complications. Results: The uncorrected visual acuity was 0.8 and the corrected visual acuity was 1.0 in this case after IOL. Conclusion: Strict implementation of the rules and operating procedures, strengthen the responsibility of medical staff, prevent the occurrence of intraocular lens implantation errors in cataract surgery; IOL superposition implantation under non-stick bomb is a safe and effective remedy.
