基于DEA和FCA的旅游供应链合作伙伴的评价与选择
Evaluation and Selection of Tourism Supply Chain Partners Based on DEA and FCA

本文在旅游供应链合作伙伴评价指标体系构建的基础上,综合运用了DEA (数据包络分析)和FCA (模糊综合评价)对在线旅游供应链合作伙伴进行评价选择。运用DEA模型对指标体系中的可量化指标进行评价分析,采用FCA方法计算分析指标体系中不可量化指标。进一步对可量化指标的DEA评价结果进行模糊化处理,与FCA指标处理结果结合后再一次进行FCA处理,得到最终的评价结果。本文选取深圳市五家酒店的实证研究验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:
Based on the construction of the evaluation index system of the travel supply chain partners, this paper evaluates the tourism supply chain partners by combining DEA (data envelopment analysis) and FCA (fuzzy comprehensive evaluation). The DEA model is adopted to evaluate the quantifiable indicators in the index system, and the FCA method is used to calculate the non-quantifiable indicators. The DEA evaluation results are further fuzzified, and combined with the FCA results another FCA processing is carried out to obtain the final evaluation results. This paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this evaluation and selection method through an empirical study of five hotels in Shenzhen.
