社区治理语境的居民主体性考察

摘要: 多元主体参与社区治理创新实践注重居民主体性的培育，需要在社区治理语境中考察居民主体性。本文探讨了社区治理在应民所需与行其所能方面的目标要求，深入分析了居民需求与居民社区素养方面的居民主体性特征。还进一步论证了社区治理语境中处理居民所能与所需关系的具体策略，服务于共建共治共享的社区治理格局。
Abstract: The innovation practice of multi-subject participation in community governance pays attention to the cultivation of residents’ subjectivity, which needs to be examined in the context of community governance. This paper discusses the goals and requirements of community governance in responding to the needs of the people and doing what they can, and deeply analyzes the characteristics of residents’ subjectivity in terms of their needs and community literacy. It also further demonstrates the concrete strategies to deal with the relationship between residents’ abilities and needs in the context of community governance, so as to serve the community governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.
