摘要: 目的：报告1例罕见的大细胞神经内分泌宫颈癌并结合文献讨论其诊断及治疗方法。方法：以病例报告的方式，结合国外文献复习，综合分析大细胞神经内分泌宫颈癌的诊断及治疗。结果：大细胞神经内分泌的诊断主要以组织病理学为依据，以手术治疗、化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗、靶向治疗或免疫治疗为主要治疗方法。结论：大细胞神经内分泌宫颈癌的诊断需排除其他宫颈原发疾病，以手术治疗为主，根据组织病理学特性选择合适的辅助治疗。
Abstract: Objective: To report a rare case of large cell neuroendocrine cervical cancer and discuss its diagnosis and treatment methods based on literature. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of large-cell neuroendocrine cervical cancer were comprehensively analyzed in the form of case reports, combined with review of foreign literature. Results: The diagnosis of large cell neuroendocrine was mainly based on histopathology, with surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy as the main treatment methods. Conclusion: The diagnosis of large-cell neuroendocrine cervical cancer should exclude other primary cervical diseases, and focus on surgical treatment, and choose appropriate adjuvant treatments according to histopathological characteristics.
