摘要: 目的：报告1例罕见的外阴原发性乳腺癌并结合文献讨论其诊断及治疗方法。方法：以病例报告的方式，结合国外文献复习，综合分析外阴原发性乳腺癌的诊断及治疗。结果：外阴原发性乳腺癌的诊断主要以组织病理学为依据，以手术治疗、化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗、靶向治疗或免疫治疗为主要治疗方法。结论：外阴原发性乳腺癌的诊断需排除外阴转移性乳腺癌及其他外阴原发疾病，以手术治疗为主，根据组织病理学特性选择合适的辅助治疗。
Abstract: Objective: To report a rare case of vulvar primary breast cancer and discuss its diagnosis and treatment combined with literature. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of vulvar primary breast cancer were analyzed by case report and review of foreign literature. Results: The diagnosis of vulvar primary breast cancer was mainly based on histopathology, and the main treatment was surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrine treatment, targeted treatment or immunotherapy. Conclusion: The diagnosis of vulvar primary breast cancer needs to exclude the metastatic breast cancer and other vulvar primary diseases. The main treatment is surgery, and the appropriate adjuvant treatment is selected according to the histopathological characteristics.
