真空绝缘处理在航天电子产品上的应用
Vacuum Insulation Theory Application in Aerospace Electronics
摘要: 真空绝缘处理是高电压绝缘防护的方法之一。本文从真空绝缘的理论入手,对某航天高压电子产品特殊工作环境进行分析,并对实际的产品进行了绝缘设计及工艺验证。结果表明,采用真空气相沉积工艺在电极表面涂敷一定厚度的Parylene涂层,可以更好地满足产品在真空环境下的绝缘防护性能要求。
Abstract:
Vacuum insulation technology is one of the methods of high voltage insulation protection. This article starts with the theory of vacuum insulation, analyzes the special working environment of a certain aerospace high-voltage electronic product, insulation design and process verification were performed on the actual product. The results show that applying a vacuum vapor deposition process on the electrode surface to coat a certain thickness of Parylene coating can better meet the product’s insulation and protection performance requirements in a vacuum environment.
