摘要: 宫颈癌根治术是宫颈癌的主要治疗方法,治愈率高,但损伤大,尿潴留为其术后主要并发症,严重影响患者的术后生活质量及心理健康,本文将探讨宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的发生原因、高危因素、诊断及预防和治疗方法。
Abstract: Radical hysterectomy is the main treatment for cervical cancer, with high cure rate but high injury, and urinary retention as the main postoperative complication, which seriously affects the postoperative quality of life and mental health of patients. This paper will discuss the causes of urinary retention, high risk factors, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cervical cancer after radical resection.
