疫情常态化背景高校毕业生就业招聘服务形式研究

Study on the Employment and Recruitment Service Form of College Graduates against the Background of the Epidemic Situation

摘要: 新冠肺炎疫情给高校毕业生就业招聘工作带来了前所未有的冲击。以往的线下招聘形式在疫情常态化下如何开展，新兴的线上招聘活动如何让广大毕业生认同和保证效果，是摆在所有招聘人员、高校毕业生和高校就业指导教师面前的新课题。本文从学校、用人单位和毕业生三个方面对线上线下就业招聘服务进行简要分析。

Abstract: The COVID-19 epidemic has brought unprecedented impact on the employment and recruitment of college graduates. How to carry out the previous offline recruitment under the normal epidemic situation and how to ensure the recognition and effectiveness of the emerging online recruitment activities, are new topics for all the recruiters, college graduates and college employment guidance teachers. This paper makes a brief analysis of online and offline employment and recruitment services from three aspects: schools, employers and graduates.
